There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she could see everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, “Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”
The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him. Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying: “Just take care of my eyes dear.”
This is how human brain changes when the status changed. Only few remember what life was before, and who’s always been there even in the most painful situations.

The story is symbolic, I think. It is left to each person’s interpretation.
My interpretation:
To me it’s actually quite tragic. It’s about a girl losing her innocence. The world she imagined in the dark of her blindness was rose colored and suddenly her vision changed. Something happened, quite painful to change her outlook of the world, an eye opener. The world she knew is gone. Maybe her blindness protected her from certain pain and ugly truths.
This is Reality.. Most Of the Girls are selfish.. I mean most of the girls not all the girls!!
Really very touching story and pls don’t forget your friends who help in your bad sitiuation.

MISTAKES IN THE STORY
Story is very nice and touching..
But since I’m a doctor, I know that nowhere in this world they can donate eyes before death, after death only eyes can be donated.
And moreover the recipient will get only one eye, not two eyes. Usually from the donor they take 2 eyes and donate one eye to two ppl, so that two ppl get vision. (if they have enough money then, 2 eyes can be taken by the donor, but not at the same time)
And last is, the doctor never disclose that who has donated the eye to the recepeint. So the boy can’t say to her ki that is his eyes, as both the donor and recipient will not know this
Well otherwise the story is good and very touching.. Nice moral.
Pakman, I agree with you! Instead of fighting ideas and being so negative, let’s just look at the conveyed message of the story, learn from it and apply it to our daily lives. I was also serenaded by the fact that trust is so important in every human relationship…The given “eye” in here represents the trust and love of the man but were not given value by the woman…

This is a very touching story & I love it….
It is a really, really touching story. Why would he need to tell her he is going to give his eyes to her? She should have thought he had loved her for years while she was blind. And for his part I don’t think he regrets. Cuz if did that for the one he loves so much. True love gives not only eyes but also lives for the dearly beloved.
This story is really amazing….. moral of the story is “do good to others but do not repay bad…”

I personally learned that even sacrifice to one’s death would hardly change the selfish and rotten nature of certain people. Truly, men were born for themselves–creatures of self-benefit and self-center.
Talking about right and wrong, just or the opposite, I assume that the girl didn’t know what she was up to. Gaining her eye sight, she would find the world too charming that she couldn’t accept the little odd she found in her BF.
She needs the spiritual education in order to be human.
..Can’t blame her because she missed many episodes of life early before she could see. Give her sometimes. At some points, she will understand how painful and tedious it would be to live a life for someone’s else happiness.

This is a very beatiful story but what the blind girl did was really bad.
A real story of the true meaning of love… I had similar experience, though I did not give my eyes! I gave my life and it cost me several years to start living and move on again.
Such a shame! It’s simple…..the one you give all the care and love to when they need you the most but the minute life gets good they stab YOU IN THE FACE!

In this true world there is no sacrifice like this. The girl lived her life in dark, and she had no idea that her boyfriend had given his eyes to her, otherwise she would have refused to take his eyes, because she loved him as well and wanted to marry him.

her and even the guy was blind she knows how it feels coz she used to be.
